the Coach Sport brand was the Brain Child of Dawn Venturas and Helen Amos. It is an entrepreneurial venture providing coaching opportunities to talented female coaches and advancing the role of Gender Equality in previously Male Dominated Industries of the Middle East, such as business and Sport. coach sport went from 2 to 20 fulltime coaches and holds the primary Influencer position in the Sports Recreation and Leisure market place.

the aim is to advance more Women Leaders in the Field of Sports (Coaching) is in line with the United Nations vision for Gender Parity by 2030, whereby investing in women will lead to economic empowerment and setting a direct path towards Gender Equality, which in turn significantly contributes to advancing economies and sustainable development. SIGHTS ARE SET ON EXPANDING INTO SAUDI, dawn has now moved into the professional football club sports space providing long term athlete pathway solutions.

Coach Sport are affiliated to Cardiff Metropolitan to ensure that all coaches are educated to the highest standard through UK Sport Qualifications. as a graduate of the met School of Sport, DAWN VENTURAS IS also AN ALUMNI PANELIST AIDING IN BROADENING KNOWLEGE TO FUTURE STUDENTS.
